These are great questions that are more important than you might think! The answer to the first question is yes we do! And the reason that this would be important to you is that, even if there is nothing extra involved (divorce, job change, financial issues and so on) buying or selling a home is very stressful. In national polls it ranks right up there with getting married and getting a divorce! When you have dealt with people in these complex and stressful situations as we have, and they use you again & again and recommend you to their family and friends it says a lot about the service they received. And in our opinion it is the greatest complement we as business people can receive! On the other hand there are a lot of agents and companies that usually only work with people one time and there is a reason for that as well!
