Does it really matter what company we hire? Or if the agent works alone or with a team?

We certainly think so! Our agents work under a different compensation plan than most traditional companies (we pay for all of our own personal business expenses, for our office space, and our share of the office expenses. This is the same way many Doctors and Lawyers operate their business). This is why our agents on average have a lot more experience, which is a big factor when deciding who to hire. The question about a team is simple…which would you rather have if they both cost the same…a team of professionals working together to sell your home…or a single agent.
