1)  You can Sell your property yourself, while it is listed, and pay no commission.

This gives you the flexibility to list with a professional agent and still try and sell it yourself. If a buyer comes from any of our marketing efforts, including other real estate agents then you would owe the agreed upon commission.

2)  You can Cancel the listing at anytime, and for any reason.

You can cancel just by calling and saying, "I want to cancel the listing." It's that simple. The cancellation becomes effective from the time you call, but it will take a couple of days to have the sign removed and the listing withdrawn from the MLS.

3)  No advance fees, transaction fees, processing fees, administrative fees or any other   bogus add on fees that some companies charge on top of their fixed commission.

You only pay the agreed upon commission (which is flexible) if we procure an offer that is acceptable to you, and we take the transaction all the way to closing.
