Here is how it works:

If you hire us to sell your home…and at the same time utilize our excellent services to help you purchase your new home…we will give you a cash rebate at closing equal to ½ % of the purchase price of your new home!

Here is how you would figure it out

If you bought a home for:

100,000 X ½%= $500

150,000 X ½%= $750

200,000 X ½%= $1,000

250,000 X ½%= $1,250

300,000 X ½%= $1,500

500,000 X ½%= $2,500

750,000 X ½%= $3,750

1,000,000 X ½%= $5,000

2,000,000 X ½%= $10,000

And so on…
